Weirdly had 2 separate groups of people comment on how wel I look and that my skin is glowing /looks brighter Two of them were oh male friends who were in the pub watching footie !!! As I have done nothing else different guessing it must be exante ! Anyone else experienced this ?

I had similar when on CD - I think it's because you are getting 100% of all the vits and minerals you need plus all that magic water!

I know what you mean, my skin is definitely a bit more firm especially on my face, I think it's the water, and my skin has been so clear that I went without foundation on to work!! That's a first for me.

I think everything improves with taking all your vitamins and lots of water. Also your attitude, being happy and positive goes a long way at least I think it does anyway.
