Just to say thank you to everyone for making me so welcome at Bootcamp this weekend. I hope you are all safely home and doing well, feeling rejuvenated. I had a really relaxing, interesting and enjoyable weekend. It was really lovely to meet every one of you. A special thank you to Amanda for kindly letting me tag along and bringing me safely home.

I really wanted to come but had already booked a girlie weekend away so had the weekend off CD.

I'm dreading getting backon the scales on saturday but have got back into the swing of things
