4Real, next time that happens, just try reminding yourself that you WILL have that Chicken Tikka again, and that it will taste as good then (probably better!!) as it will now.....its a temporary small sacraficie to acheive an amazing reward!!!

You'll get there - it's really just an exercise in learning, and BELIEVING, that you have control over th food rathar then the other way around!!!
