A Few Questions about Simply Filling

Hi all,
I'm kind of following SW at the moment but I'm really keen on the idea of Simply Filling, could somebody please help me answer some of my questions?

If I am hungry between mealtimes am I allowed to eat?
For example when I have been the gym I am always ravenous when I get home, would it be ok to have a substantial snack/small meal then?

Also if I am earning Activity Points am I allowed to eat these aswell as my weeklies or do I have to choose one? It would be great if I could have both.
