A few questions

Hi guys just wondering how bad having gravy would be with veg for my meal or salad cream with salad. Cant eat veg unless its stir fried with gravy or salad with salad cream i'm quite a fussy eater. Finding it hard today too cant stop thinking about food!! Does it also matter how much veg or salad i eat on my meal, if i eat lots would i not loose weight? I would rather have a huge plate of veg to fill me up. Can i have salad (just a little bit) for a snack ? Sorry for all the questions but i'm finding it hard and want to find the easiest way i can do this diet and succeed lol x

i have gravy but not everyday and i still have had losses

you are allowed mayo or salad cream but i would stick to around a teaspoon worth. that more than does me

and with veggies...if they are on the "allowed" list then id say its better eating more of them to fill yourself up than turning to things like crisps and choccies

In my first week i had gravy two of the 7 nights and i still lost 9lbs :) Although usually id make the gravy with the stock of the meat and oxo's and cornflour and obv water before i started CS.. but now i only use oxo's and water as the cornflour is far too carby..i dunno how you make your gravy anyway but id stay away from floury or creamy sauces :)

I have a lot of stir fries with a little bit of packet sauces like black bean or hoi sin and garlic, sweet and sour, chilli etc.. but i dont use as much as i usually would and if you look in the shops look on the back of the packet sauces and say you only wanted a sweet and sour sauce, look at all the brands and pick the one with the least carbs per 100 :) and use an ickle bit :)

I felt totally lost on my first week and had no idea whether what i was doing was right or wrong etc.. and to be honest my main meals themselves were still quite big portions, but my snacks throughout the day were usually fruit.. maybe a slice of ham or 30g of cheese.. you'll find your appetite slowly starts to supress.. in my first week i'd get to 11oclock.. have my apple and think... bloody nora im starviinnnggg.. but just stick it out and DRINK drink drink drink drink drinkkk! Its the best thing.. fills you up.. keeps you hydrated and gets the weight shifting! I mean now i sort of struggle eating my snacks because you find your stomach shrinks after a couple of weeks :)
