Hi im currently doin the EE and was wonderin if any of u lovely ladies out there hav a FREE or LOW SYN recipe for homemade chicken curry and boiled rice?? its my fav!!

The Patak curry pastes are good. You usually only need 1-2 tbsp of them. They vary in syn value though so it's best to check a syn directory or online if you can.
