Off out for breakfast with the in laws I know there stuff will be fried but only used 1 syn yesterday and will use my syns up today on it, so hopefully it wont make to much difference to my weight loss tomorrow. I know thats not supposed to carry syns over but it makes me feel a bit better!

Tomato, mushrooms, bacon, 1 hash brown, 1 fried egg, beans,, 1 slice of brown bread (heb) with margarine spreed-I am counting that as 15 syns due to the oil they used.

All went pear shaped last night ate way to much of the wrong stuff.

Anyway back on it today and have lost 5 1/2 lbs in my first week :) so am 23. 4 1/2 or 326 1/2 so must have done some good in the week

Well done on your weight loss hun! I have just been reading your thread, I am a newbie, I am on day 5 and loving it, I have done the same as you and made a food diary :D I love it! I will keep popping in to see your progress, have a lovely evening and once again well done on your weight loss! xx
