I am officially out of the obese category (just!), 1lb away from being in the 11s & I have 4 stickers (1/2 st, 1st, Bronze Bodymagic, Silver Bodymagic!) but haven't been Slimmer of the Week yet - boo! I did get the basket of food tonight though cause the actual Slimmer of the Week didn't stay for class... x
 
Hope there were some good things in the basket :) When I went to SW there was a right ho ha about the basket as some people were bringing rubbish to put in it and others bringing good stuff - the first week I went the fruit was past its best and the woman that won it told them they could keep it except the S.F Jellies and nice pineapple she had put in it. :eek:

Hello everyone.

Hope you are having a good weekend. I was a bit silly last night & had 3 beers at my aunt & uncle's. They also made me dinner that was cooked in oil (not fry light!!) but I'm hoping I haven't undid any of my losses the past few weeks. Right back on it today. And to be fair, it was hardly a blow out! I just don't want to become complacent - nowhere near content with my body so the hard work must continue!

B - 1 weetabix (half HExB) with ss-milk (HExA) & banana
L - sweet & sour mug shot & vanilla muller light
D - steamed chicken, veg & potatoes
Snacks - strawberries, tangerine & alpen light (other half of HExB)

Syns = 0 (to make up for the beers/oil last night!)
Calories = approx 1400

Looks like you have pulled the beer syns back already and still have a couple of days to go before weigh in.

I am trying to push myself into going for a walk as OH is busy messing with the car but seem to have my backside glued on the settee today :)
 
I lost 1.5lbs this week and am finally back in the 11s!! Got my Club 10 at class tonight too.

Looking forward to being able to update in here properly when placement finishes in a few weeks :) x

It really does feel great. I can't quite believe I am getting consistent losses now. Onwards & downwards, eh?!

B - 1 slice wholemeal toast (half HExB) with 1tsp nutella (2 syns)
L - vanilla muller light, banana & orange, tomato & herb mugshot
D - chicken fajitas (1 wrap at 5.5 syns) with 30g cheddar (HExA)
Snacks - alpen light bar (other half HExB)

Syns = 7.5
Calories = 1300 approx

I was off plan last night at my little cousin's 16th birthday party. Had a buffet plate of non-SW friendly stuff (1 sausage roll, 1 slice of pizza, 3 chicken dippers, 1 chicken stay stick, half a white roll with ham on it, 1 onion baji, 1 veg samosa & a slice of cake!!!) but am right back on it today.

B - Cheese (HExA) omelette with peppers, red onion & tomato
L - ham on wholemeal bread (HExB) with tomato
D - mince, potatoes & cabbage
Snacks - muller light, banana, orange.

Syns = 0
Calories = 1400 approx

I have had the worst off-plan weekend since I started Slimming World! :( Not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow at all. I am suspecting at least a 2lb gain. I'm due my TOTM so that hasn't helped...

I did wear a pair of zip & button up shorts out today that I hadn't been able to fit in for years so all is not lost:

Plan of action for the week is to re-read my SW books and be 100% as I can. Hope you all had a lovely weekend!x

Hello all,

I skipped my SW class on Monday - partly due to worrying about a gain (silly, I know!) but mostly due to having so much paperwork to do and stuff to prepare for my crit today.

DELIGHTED to say that I passed my crit lesson with flying colours and am now officially a primary school teacher :D Just need to get on those supply lists now and find some work.

Food today was not so good due to nerves:

B - nothing
L - some melon, strawberries & grapes
D - Chicken stir-fry
Snacks - cereal bar (1 half HExB)

Syns = 0
Calories = 750 calories approx!!

Didn't have my HExA at all or the other half of my HExB. Too nervous to eat pre-crit lesson lol. Will be trying my hardest to get back on it 100% from tomorrow. It's my last day on placement and the school fundraising day so going on a onesie walk and having a whole-school picnic :) x

You look great in that photograph, love the colour of your hair. I went mad today and had some dark purple highlights put into my grey hair, it was my hairdressers suggestion and I just went along with it :)
