I'm changing my migraine tablets tomorrow so massively need to up my fluids! I normally get four a week at least and I haven't had one yet!!!

Also going to go out and buy some quark and options orange hot chocolate as I've been told it makes a nice dessert!

I need to weigh in on Thursday morning this week or Saturday morning. The nearest group for this is in Filey!!!!!! Which is ages away but I am going and I will weigh on Thursday! I hope I've done well this week I would love a 2lb loss for half a stone- Thursday at 10am, there are plenty of evening classes but I would like to stick with a morning! Oooof the lengths I go to ;)

Heya love, I wouldnt worry about having only 1 syn some days, especially if you use them a lot during the rest of the week. I wouldn't make a habit of it just so if/when your weightloss slows down a little you can cut down your syns to see if that helps. As a one off though I definitely wouldn't worry about it.

If you ever think where could I use my syns try adding things to meals rather than eating chocolate or drinking wine (though I don't know why this would ever happen haha) add butter to toast, have sugar in tea, throw some dried fruit or olives into salads or dishes, use some chorizo (on anything!)

Well done on travelling so far to another group rather than use a holiday, that's commitment! :) Hope you have a good loss- sure it will be with your food choices!

Hiya- hope youre ok!!

Yeah I try to use about 100 but I am conscious of weighing a day earlier due to work so I am not so sure- maybe it is best as I guesstimated my takeaway chips on Saturday night so hopefully I will cover any margin of errors! Only one or two today as well!

I put olives in everything haha I will just make sure my breakfast includes brown sauce tomorrow!! At least at work the Coleslaw is 2 Syns and Ive got that 2 days in a row so it will be ok :)

I would love to be able to go home to see my parents on Friday being 7lbs lighter :)

Then I have birthdays, London and lots of bad food choices!!!! However I will work my way around them and sort it out!

How was the pantomime?

Well- I just went on the SW website to check everything for next week and looking where to WI when I get home and the class on Thursday night at 7pm has been moved to Tuesday at 930am....

If I weigh in on Thursday morning and then the following Tuesday Im not sure that it will go well!!! The two ones on Thursday have been cancelled and moved to the Tuesday due to the building being closed on that day and I am in London Wednesday and Thursday until 16:00pm.

I suppose it's like 5.5 days!!

I wouldn't worry about your syns then, maybe keep some alpen light bars for snacking on? Theyre 3 syns each but a healthy option for a snack bar too. Handy to keep in your bag and lovely crumbled over a yogurt like granola.

I bet you still make good choices even though you have events coming up. Try and plan around them (Im sure you will/have) say if you know there will be a 3 course meal on the evening keep your syns for it, fill up on SF foods. If there is a buffet event, have your tea before you go and then you will be less likely to pick at it. My favourite is never underestimate the power of dancing as body magic if its a boozey night out. Spending your syns on alcohol is totally worth it if it results in hours of shaking your bum haha.x.x.

I've just seen the post about your groups being moved. It would be good to find out where you are before going to London so you can see how the trip affects your weightloss. I would just make a mark in your book that it was a different group/time than you usually weigh so you.

I would say check the side-effects list on your meds but they put that it can cause EVERYTHING just to cover themselves these days! Hopefully it won't impact though, again you could always make a note in your book that you started new meds.

Yes I didn't think of it like that! Ok I will weigh tomorrow in Filey and on 930am in Harrogate on Tuesday then it's done until the following Friday (eeek!) so I can really make it crack!

Regarding the tablets- yes I have made a note, I have checked the box and instructions and there's nothing about weight gain etc and I can't have alcohol which is part sad, part bonus as it's my mums birthday meal at the weekend! However I will need to find something to use my syns on- although that will most definitely be London I think ;)

At least once I have taken them it will be over and done with :)

Long time no read! I used to read your diary when you were doing JUDDD. It's great to see you back. I just read through this new diary - fab food photos.

Congrats on your promotion -- and how do you like Scarborough. The main thing I remember about your last hotel was the chlorine leak (or something like that) and some door/pool problem. That sounded like a stressful place to work.

You're quite tall aren't you? So, you've not got tons to lose. You should do well with Slimming World.

Fabulous loss!

Made a decision.

I love Slimming World and I feel tonnes better whilst I am on it! Therefore for the time being, until I get at least to my healthy weight range I am not going to combine it with JUDDD.

The time will come when I will do it but why change something that works?

I love scarborough so much it's truly brilliant- oh the days of working in the leisure club haha I left that area in February last year went to work on reception, then got promoted onwards and upwards!

I really love my new job it's great! How is everything with you?

I haven't discussed JUDDD with my doctor properly! I do need to I just loved it so much!

I am 5"9 so I don't have too much to lose I'm just going in guidelines and then setting a target to see what I can do! Messed around for way too long :)
