A Hotel Manager's Diary To A Healthier Life! 11/42

I don't know if I trust a 4lb loss. That would be lovely but it was on Boots' scales.
I managed to get in touch with my consultant and she put me down for a holiday day.
I will still be going on Tuesday morning though :)

Not entirely sure what to put as a loss, shall I halve it?

Mixture Of Meals (Didn't feel well enough to manage much)
Tuna- Drained
Sweetcorn
Hellmanns LF Mayo- 1 Tbsp = 2
2x White Bread = 7- to take tablets with
New Potatoes
Laughing Cow EL (HEA)
Black Coffee
2x Apples
Jasmine Green Tea
1 Slice Wholemeal Bread (HEB)- to take tablets with
Fizzy Water x5

Thursdays menu wasn't particularly brilliant and I never really eat bread I just needed something stablen to take my antibiotics/migraine tablets with as I couldn't really keep much down and I feel pretty bad for it!

Just eating my boiled eggs at work now though :) Hope it won't affect me too much!!!
