Decided to have a night off plan tonight and shared a takeaway with hubby and daughter. Think it was needed, didn't go crazy but also didn't count syns either. first time i have been off plan in 3 months and think i have decided i will plan and off plan night every couple months now :) xxx


I think that is a good plan, because if you are going to stick to it in the long term, treats need to be had! xxx
 
Hope you enjoyed your night off hun, sometimes it's much needed! I have a flexi syns night at least once a month and as long as I'm 100% on plan around it all seems to stay ok with my losses :) xx

It was much needed! and i am now about to embark on a 4 day fiesta for my daughters birthday! lol i can see a gain coming next week, but at least i will know why this time lol! xxx

Wasn't quite meant to be so long but we have the family party sunday, her friends on monday, theme park on tuesday (her actual birthday) and a beach/adventure park visit with other group of friends on the wed... phew, and shes only 5 lol :8855:hate to think what she will be like at 16! :eek: xxx

well before the celebrations even began i fell off the wagon in spectacular style :eek:. Didn't go to wi o monday night so no idea what the true damage is but home scales are showing a 2-3lb gain. not sure i will have that off by next wi but will give it a shot. Was soooo close to my 2 stone award as well!:confused: i seem to get to this point every time then blow it, whats up with that?!? I actually feel terrible, feel sick, lethargic, bloated and generally just crap, why oh why did i do it:(. I'd like to say i am back on it 100% today but i have just had 2 slices of buttered white toast :copon:will aim for 100% tomorrow and think perhaps need to reduce the pressure i put on myself, i seem to be an all or nothing gal :sigh:, anyway will be round to catch up with you all soon xxx
 
Aw don't beat yourself up, I think lots of us have a bit of a wobble as we get close to target or to an interim target, especially if we're feeling good in ourselves - it almost becomes a license to be naughty!! I always end up socialising more often the more weight I lose - and the meals out, wine, etc etc are terrible for trying to stay on track! You can get that 2-3lbs back off no problem, half of it's probably just a bit of bloating from eating rubbish :) 100% from tomorrow, maybe a few success express days, and you'll be fine xx
 
Think i am back on it now hun managed a 100% day today (1st in 6 days!) got a splitting headache tonight, think my body is detoxing from all the crap lol. xxx

uggh! things have gone from bad to worse:( i have totally fallen off the wagon and can't seem to get back on it. Have missed the last 2 wi's and have no intention of going tomorrow either... bad i know but i have lost the motivation completely and i can't explain it, theres no reason that i can think of. Trying hard to still remain on this forum in the hope i can climb back on but right now it seems impossible, i haven't even used my home scales as i am too scared to see the damage i have done :cry:xxxx
 
Oh Lynne, please go back to group tomorrow even if you don't want to, you might find someone there can give you the boost you need to get you back on the straight and narrow again. You've worked so so hard, and surely you don't want to undo all your hard work? A couple of weeks off isn't a problem in the big scheme of things, and if anything has crept on you'll be more than able to get it back off again quickly. You could always ask your consultant if you could come along and not get weighed, but sit in on image therapy? One of the girls at our group did this as a one-off after she'd had a wobble and wasn't ready to face the scales, and the next week she was back on it - I don't think it's recommended but it's better than you not going at all. Lynne I have been the same last couple of weeks missed weigh in last week. Not been great this week I know am going to be a gain. It's star week and I feel like crap. But I am still going to go tonight if I don't I think I will go 100% off track. I know I will come out feeling motivated as I always do. I'm so annoyed with my self and like u said its been for no reason what so ever.

I really think you should try and go tonight Hun but I totally know how you feel. We started around the same time maybe he novelty has worn off I don't know? Xxx

Sorry to catch up and find that you feel as if you have lost your motivation for SW, as you were doing so, so well!

I haven't got a magic wand to summon back your mojo, but just think about how fab you were feeling in the run up to your holiday, and see if that helps xxxx
 
Ahh Hun I went last night I gained a 1lb think I got off likely to be honest. But I did come out feeling refreshed and motivated started again today back to basics writing a diary ect...

I really hope you manage to make group next week you have done so well, everyone has set backs.
