A Leftover Lunch

    Thought i would use up some odd and ends left over.......

    1/4 can of chickpea dhal
    1/4 can baked beans
    1/2 can sliced mushrooms
    4 new pots - crushed
    Cucumber, mint and Yogurt Rati (1/2 syn if that)
    Mango Chutney (2syns )

    Yummy Yummy and all my left overs have gone....well just sweetcorn left lol

    I agree, waste not want not (silly phrase!) :p

    Where do you buy the chickpea dhal? I can't find it anywhere...Or maybe I'm not looking hard enough... :)
