Red Days A Little help if you please

Hi All,

Have returned from my hols and from Monday this week am hitting SW hard!!!

My partner & I am doing this from home together. We decided on Sunday as a weigh in day and both have set mini goals of 1/2 a stone in 1 month.

I have re-started my food diary thread above Madmaxg - I can do it!! and would appreciate any comments.

I started red days this week. Taking me a while to get my head around it as always done EE but I do like red days and so far find them more interesting and filling

Welcome and good luck :) I have started to do red days with the odd EE day thrown in at weekends so I can have rice etc... I have a food diary too if u wanted to check it out. It says maintainers but have being losing my holiday weight but only 1lb off it now whoo hoo. Lost 6lbs with red days and nothing with EE so they do work x
