A Milkshake question....

Can someone tell me if this is okay? I started CD yesterday and first day went okay but last night during the night I was starving so much so that I couldn’t sleep :cry:I felt okay this morning actually and I have just had an apple and cinnamon porridge (very nice actually). Long way to ask a question but my CDC gave me a chocolate milkshake sachet as a freebie. At the end of the day can I have maybe one spoonful of this into hot water as a kinda hot chocolate drink? I think it might stop the hunger pangs tonight. I reckon I could get 3 nights worth of hot chocolate from one pack. I am only allowed 3 packs a day so would this stop me from getting into ketosis or staying in ketosis?

Hey well done on starting CD in another couple of days you will be well in the zone!!

On the extra pack you are advised to have an extra pack if it keeps you on track rather than having food. I am not sure about opening the pack and having it over 3 nights though cos it might go off or something???? But having a bit more of a pack to keep you on the diet as far as I can see and have been told is fine for the first little while.

Try to do it without the extra though cos it is do-able :D:D:D

Yes, as Gen says, that's fine. You can even have a full pack if you need (and added skimmed milk). That would be SS+ which is still ketogenic and has similar weight losses :clap:

Certainly a brill option if it keeps you on track :)
