Can someone tell me if this is okay? I started CD yesterday and first day went okay but last night during the night I was starving so much so that I couldn’t sleep :cry:I felt okay this morning actually and I have just had an apple and cinnamon porridge (very nice actually). Long way to ask a question but my CDC gave me a chocolate milkshake sachet as a freebie. At the end of the day can I have maybe one spoonful of this into hot water as a kinda hot chocolate drink? I think it might stop the hunger pangs tonight. I reckon I could get 3 nights worth of hot chocolate from one pack. I am only allowed 3 packs a day so would this stop me from getting into ketosis or staying in ketosis?
