I finished on 1082 yesterday which was a bit low but on target still. I sneakily hopped on the scales this morning weighed myself and I was UP two lbs. I know I shouldnt have but now I feel really guilty for having two decedent burgers despite them being well within my calorie limit. Wah. My goal today is to drink more water as I feel a bit bloated and blurgh! Probably water retention! I dont currently have a exersise class booked so I dont know if I'll make one today or not!

I have a feeling my chicken I had for dinner might have been a bit more than I've popped down so I've decided to leave it at 950. I feel bad fr eating so little but I wasn't hungry this morning and I don't think eating for the sake of eating while on a diet is worth it. I forced down my bedtimes snacks as I felt I had to! I don't rate the special k biscuit things, a bit to sweet for my personal taste. They reminded me a little of pop tarts actually! Im currently in love with yo yo rolls ( they are with the dried fruit, fruit winders etc and have bear packaging!) , 100% fruit and great to snack on at 27 calories per roll. I went to my full body workout class and then did a quick jog to burn a few calories as well. I've been so busy today it was nice to actually do something busy! My body really aches from my class though as it was very high intensity power plate training! Get me to bed ASAP! Sleepytime tea for me!
 
Today's menu is below! I was out all evening so grabbed Chicken Yaki Soba from Wasabi for dinner. I dont know how many calories it's going to be but I've put it down as 500 as I probably only ate half the portion of noodles, but all the chicken and veggies. I did a quick google and their isnt an offical calorie count but I've seen it at 450 for a large portion, and I had a standard size with probably about half the noodles so it might be less calorie wise. I also had three all butter twists for a snack earlier as they were just too tempting. So yummy though! I cant wait to weigh in this week, as I think I've defintely lost something!

Today so far I've had a bowl of natural yogurt with granola and raspberries as i had a breakfast meeting, I dont know how many calories though! Im gonna say around 350? I dont know if it was low fat or not so im in a bit of a worry! It's probably loads more but it was the least calorific option i could have chosen as it was mainly cooked breakfasts (which i dont like anyway) or baked goods (love but know it would have been SO much more!) I reckon I'll have porridge for lunch to counteract it and then steak and veggies for dinner.
 
I wouldn't worry too much about your breakfast today - you made the right choice going for the healthiest option and I doubt it will have that much of an impact since you are structuring the rest of your day with good, healthy foods! :)
 
I keep forgetting to update! Eeek! Ive stayed the same last week as i wasnt very strict over the weekend as I had a family event! I also had a really bad hangover on monday so when I weighed I was still the same as last week, so I'm gonna give it a few days to readjust before weighing again! I bought that philidelphia garlic and herb stir in sauce thing today and poured 60g of that (81 calories) over some cooked brocoli and chicken and it was delish! really garlicy and cheese! very indulgent! I'd highly reccomend it for dinner or lunch! I'm just about to nibble on some more fruit then tonight im having chicken and ceaser salad (400-ish) and then a few snacks!
 
I'm definitely going to try that, sounds yummy and right up my street - I love cheesy/garlic sauces!! Good luck for your next weigh in, I'm sure you'll see a loss this time round :)
 
I highly recommend it, there wasn't a ton of sauce but it really gave a lot of flavour to plain chicken and broccoli and as a whole dish and was very tasty! Plus the packet is resealable so I can use it again a few times!

I just weighed myself and I'm 140lbs :sigh: I had a feeling I'd gain after my bingey weekend at home but I am a bit gutted. I go away on holiday in 4 and a bit weeks now and Im kinda gutted I won't make my holiday goal of 9 stone. However I feel i've been exercising and generally feel a whole lot stronger than I thought I'd feel at this stage! We all know muscle weights more than fat though! Hopefully I can drop a little more before holiday. I'm getting measured at personal training in two weeks so hopefully it'll show a inch loss as I do think I look a lot more slimmer and toned! I just need to stay strong for the next four weeks because I know that bikini body feeling is the best in the world!
 
Wait til you get your measurements and see how they are. If you are feeling better in yourself and slimmer/stronger etc then I am sure it will be muscle weight, so don't panic!
 
Here to follow, I wouldnt worry to much, probably post munch water, Plus if you have been smashing it at the gym you will b e holding water in your muscles. Keep hydrated with water and it should flush out :)

You are right guys! I think I just had a little fret this morning! Measurements and how I feel should be the biggest indicator not just the scales! I feel a lot happier with my body already so I shouldn't be so hard on myself! I took your advice Flutterbi and drank loads of water today. I have a really bad problem with not drinking enough! I've had four pints, two small bottles of water and lots of tea! I must try and drink more and keep hydrated!

I ate wayyyy too many snacks today but that was my own fault for grabbing such a small lunch on the go. I highly recommend those little mooli wraps from M&S, very tasty, fresh and low calorie! I bought a few meals from M&S to tide me over the weekend as this is the point I usually fail a bit because Im so lazy! My housemate has started dieting from this weekend as well so we've vowed not to go out for food! I think tomorrow we are making healthy Spag Bol (i won't have the pasta, just some nice salad or something!) or some grilled kebabs and salad. Both of which arent bad calorie wise.


Today I got my hair blow dried and I feel really happy and confident again! I've also met a new fella which is making me a lot happier after my last relationship ended so badly. Fingers crossed it keeps going well :)
