Your food diary is looking good so far! You seem to have the right idea and a really good balance of good things to eat :)

When is your first weigh in, how much do you hope to lose? I just started SW again yesterday and am hoping to lose 5 stone this year! Sounds a lot when you say it like that but I am just focusing on one stone at a time :)

I shall be stalking for some food ideas!

Hello again after 5 days abscence.
I haven't stuck to plan religiously because myself and three kids all went down with a sickness/cold bug so SW kind of went on the back burner. Don't think i've gaines however don't think i've lost either. Will find out at my next weigh in on wednesday.

Glad you are feeling a little better. :p Don't worry about what you have or haven't eaten whilst you have been ill, you can get back on track next week. :) x
