well I very rarely do an extra easy day as I love my healthy extras too much! I'm really proud of myself as hubby has just bought a few packs of magnum style choc ices from aldi. One of these worked out at 13syns
and I only had 12 left for the day, so I asked my hubby to take a large bite, I reweighed and synned the remaining using the nutritional info and it came in at 12 syns - result ! Also the highlights hot chocolate, I weighed out instead of guessing 19g of dark highlights is 3syns. Feeling really good about being so accurate, fingers crossed it'll help.
B- quorn sausages, egg, beans
D- jacket potato, sweetcorn, tuna, salad
T- broccoli and peas with pasta n sauce, 42g low low cheese (HA)
Snacks- hot choc (3), choc ice (12), fruit salad, banana ?, something for my HB choice
Oh no, just realised that I'd used a tbsp of light salad cream with my jacket
