There have been a lot of threads in the 100% section requiring moved recently
Can I just remind you there has to be NO FOOD REFERENCES WHATSOEVER in the 100% section.
This doesnt just mean things youve eaten but things youve resisted, things you crave or have craved etc.
Any threads with ANY mentions of food will be moved to the main Lipotrim section
