A secret Exante diary

Day one is tomorrow, so my prep today included

*creating some 200cal meals from the allowed lists
* making ice packs for the shakes
*created an Exante day in my planner to track which I like and which I don't and how many cals consumed.

Ive got water in fridge x2ltr waiting for tomorrow and will refill as I go!

I've set myself a non food treat for each weigh day for the next 4 weeks,
I'm aiming to update every day, wish me luck! 🤞
 
Weigh in complete, start weight 14st 12lb, BMI 34.6

I'm gonna try stagger my meals out and I'm never hungry first thing so I'm leaving breakfast til I start getting peckish.

Already had 1ltr water since I got up 💦💦💦💦
