A typical day.. can someone check for me please?

    I have copied my diary below, could someone kindly check that what I am doing is correct? The only difference is... some days on green we have pasta or rice instead of potatoes. We mainly do green, 5 days green, 2 days red. I don't always use my HEXb's for Alpin lights, normally have cereal (Bran Flakes) and we don't always have fish.. though I might try to add more fish to our diet.

    Wednesday 28th April 2010


    Green Day

    Breakfast

    Mullerlight Peach and Pineapple Flavour and a large banana, coffee with sweetner.

    Mid-Morning

    Alpin Light Bar (part HEXb)
    Coffee with milk (from allownance) and sweenter

    Lunch

    3 egg Omlette, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and 2 slices Low Low Cheese (HEXa)
    2 x Kiwi Fruits

    Mid Afternoon

    Aplin Light Bar ( part HEXb)
    Skinny Latte ( synned below)

    Dinner

    Lemon and Herb Butter Baked Salmon, 1 teaspoon of butter (2 syns), lemon juice and herbs served with wilted spinach, grilled tomatoes and baby potatoes in skins. (1 HEXb for the Salmon)

    Syns for Today (though today hasn't finished yet!)

    1 teaspoon butter 2.0
    Extra Milk to HEXa 4.5 ( for latte, a afternoon pick me up)
    2 teaspoon sugar 2.0 (in latte, a afteernoon pick me up)

    Total 8.5

    ooops, forgot to add that the other part of my HEXa milk allowance is taken in coffee's during the evening:)

    Looks ok to me Hun, but try and eat a few more pieces of fruit and veg to bulk the day out.
