A whole lifestyle change

Hi everybody :)
I'm a 23 year old mum of a toddler and i've always been overweight.
I put on a few stone in pregnancy and instead of losing it aferwards, I gained more!
I've been really poorly for the last few months and I vowed never, ever to allow myself to feel that ill again.
Now I'm back on my feet, I have decided on a whole new lifestyle change.
I'm not following any particular plan although I do keep a track of calories I've eaten.
I've started eating more nutritious foods and fruit juices
Exercising more
Taking supplements
and i'm starting to feel better.
