Oh weigh, in please be kind. Show me I've shed a pound or two, off my behind.

I've tried to be good. I've laid off the pud and had superfree with everymeal, just like I should.

The past few weeks haved been heavily stressed and it's set to continue, unfortunately yes.

Cider, I've been partial to a few. But only medicinal, to help sleep the nights through.

Chocolate, yes I've over indulged. But nobodies perfect, or so I've been told.

So if you could see yourself, to show me a loss. I'll try to improve, whatever the cost.

Oh weigh in, you were not kind. You showed a gain of 2.5lbs to my ample behind.

To give up now, would be a sin.

But I am disheartened, in my quest to be slim.

Oh come on Chris, you've done so well so far, this is only a blip.... dont be disheartened :) Stick with it and you'll find your loss around the next corner ;)
