Aaaaah help!

Okay so i just messed up, i ate a couple of crackers :/ i dont know what i was thinking and im hating myself, ive lost 11 pounds in two weeks and im scared ive messed it up :( i havent got weigh in until next monday but i was wondering if there is any chance i will still lose weight if im 100% for the next week? :/
Im actually so mad at myself :(
 
Hey hon stay 100% and I promise you will lose something drink 2 litres minimum not including what you put in your shakes and I will bet if u stick to it 100% those crackers will be forgotten in the celebration of your loss!!

Even if they kick you out of ketosis you'll get back in it soon - keep going!

Quitting is the only thing that'll ruin your long term weightloss. :)
