AAAARRRHHHHH!!!!

    I'm changin my lifestyle not dieting using CS
    Finally I am back and I must of gained, been in hospital for a minor op which turned out bigger than expected and back home not stuck to it one little bit, I going for weigh in Monday and already i am dreading it, do I chalk it up to circumstances and try again??? or try to be good from now on..... I feel so bad for falling off the wagon but they don't half fill you up with food in hospital and they don't like if you are not eating it all.

    The looks I got and they can't provide diet-like meals but they can do vegan and others but not balanced; everything smothered in sauce and the sandwiches covered with mayo.

    Oh well back to the beginning!!!! :break_diet:

    Morning Shep,

    Dont worry about it, there are some things that cant ben helped. Also at times like this your health is more important than loosing weight.

    Start fresh today, you should be able to pull some of it back if not all of it. If you start today you have 4 days (including monday) to get back on track, eat well and be ready for the scales.

    Dont beat yourself up about it. Also if you dont start today, the damage will be worse. YOU CAN DO IT.
