you've probably had your dinner now but yes its definitely 50g. Supposedly they are going to update the CD site sometime so that it also says 50g.
One piece of asparagus and one piece of broccoli?! that doesn't sound like 2 tablespoons! Think you can have a little bit more than that sweetie!
Personally, I had over the amount for my veg but it didnt seem to make any difference - i still lost well that week.
