acoc Weight Loss Diary 3/12/07

well it's back to WW tonight:)
4 years ago, after I had my son, I lost 3 stone with WW
so I know how well it can work!
I have since had two daughters
1 just turned two
1 6 months old
so this is time for me now!
I have been good the last few months
but I do need the weekly weigh in:rolleyes:
just had small bowl of special K for breakkie
rice cakes and smoked salmon for lunch
and chill con carne for dinner

the WW meeting isn't until 8pm
so that suits me!

went to meeting last night
soooooooo positive:)
now it's holding onto that feeling
is what is important!
have today's menu planned
low fat alpen for breakie
low fat bagel & salmon for lunch
chicken stir fry for din

walk this morning for 3 miles!

My fav meal is my spicy stir fry, loads for little points fab!

my problem is I lose focus after a few weeks
so I need to keep determined;)
just back from my 3 mile walk
pushing a twin buggy with my son on the buggy board
phew it is a workout in itself:)
drinking a litre of water

I was reall good yesterday
walked 5 miles!
had sp k and skimmed milk for breakie
2 rich tea
3 rice cakes and smoked salmon
chicken and veg only
1 glass of wine:)

heading into town now to bring my son for check up
I know the traffic is going to be bad:mad:
and it is lashing rain here
really bad:tear_drop:

I know, its miserable here too, it nearly killed me to get out of bed this morning - absolutely freeeeezing..

Well done on the walking! its so wet here too bah

just home
oh My God the weather is awful
managed to walk around town for over an hour
so that will have to count for my exercise today:)

had boiled egg & 1 slice of toast for breakkie
chicken salad for lunch
no idea for dinner
salmon I think!!
so tired here
long long day:sigh:
