went swimming this morning, did 30 lengths
had porridge for breakie
salmon for lunch and have leomn sole for dinner
I am trying to stick to 20 points a day
not pointing my exercise either
I was reading about the kickstart last night!
still feeling positive, know this is a lifestyle change for me now
and someone close to me has just told me they are getting married in Oct
and there is no way I am going to be the fatty at the wedding!!
