Activia Yoghurts

I thought I would wait until everyone had finished their lunches before asking this but I have started eating 2 x Activia fat free yogs a day rather than 4 or 5 muller lights - what exactly is Activia meant to do for you because since I have been having it I seem to be on the loo a lot more than before...is that right? Is it the Activia?

Hello,

I had one about 3 years ago and was in the most excruciating pain, and on the loo for the whole night. They obviously don't agree with me at all! lol x

I bought Activia for the first time ever yesterday and I have to say the yogurt is lovely!!! Haven't had any, erm, side effects yet, but I do only tend to have one yogurt a day.
