Activity Points Question??

Hi All , im struggling with trying to figure out how many activity points you earn after a hour in the gym? I usually do 10 mins bike, 10 mins cross trainer, 10 mins running machine and 6 mins on rowing machine. The other 25 mins are all weights and situps with kettle balls etc...

How many activity points would u suggest? I dont want to use them but id like to be able to see what im earning :)

Here is the formula for working out the activity points :

multiply your current weigh in lbs by the number of minutes you worked out then
multiply by 0.000327 for moderate intensity
or
multiply by 0.0008077 for high intensity workouts

So say your are 238lbs and you've done 60mins flat out on the treadmill that'd be 11.5 activity pp's. ( 238X60X0.0008077)
