Hi All , im struggling with trying to figure out how many activity points you earn after a hour in the gym? I usually do 10 mins bike, 10 mins cross trainer, 10 mins running machine and 6 mins on rowing machine. The other 25 mins are all weights and situps with kettle balls etc...
How many activity points would u suggest? I dont want to use them but id like to be able to see what im earning
