Add a meal week - when?

I've got my add a meal week coming up, currently SSing. Is week 12 the add a meal week, or week 13?

It was week 13 last time i did it although my new CDC says u dont have to do it the reason they tell u too is so you don't become scared about introducing food back into your diet

Thank you! I know that NICE guidelines recommend that you do, I may start it tomorrow, it's my sister in law's birthday, and they are going out for a meal
