Adding Super free into your day

    What do you add for your portions for Super free.

    I normally have weetabix and milk for brekkie what would you combine with that ?

    Blueberries and lots of strawberries. Sliced banana as well if I fancy it. My brekkie bowl is always overflowing!

    chopped apple, or other fruit chopped in there seems good.

    It's tricky, isn't it? I try and have chopped fruit with my cereal - bananas, pears, apples all work for me and are reasonably inexpensive. Or I'll follow it up with a couple of satsumas or something.

    Thanks for the reply Ive had weetabix today with banana and a clementine after,going shopping today will get some berries to have with it too.

    I like green days, and my favourite breakfast is always baked beans with egg fried in fry light. Big boost of speed food to start the day :eek:)

    I don't like fruit mixed in with weetabix either - have to have it before of after eating it. At the moment by breakfast of choice is All Bran, and that works much better for me with fruit mixed in. Either chopped up banana or apple. Delicous and very 'cleansing' lol x
