Adding things to shakes and soups ????

Oh yes, lots
we add

copious amounts of
black pepper
garlic
fresh herbs, dried herbs
(especially oregano, basil, etc)
tabasco sauce (which is chili)

Im not sure im going to like the mushroom soup so something might have to be added to that bad boy! lol

I like minced garlic (dried, not fresh cos that is often stored in oil) in my mushroom soup. Garlic mushroom, mmmmmm!:D

But not the puree stuff??? Got to be dried yeah?

I got a jar of very lazy garlic because it's still kicking around from before I started. But it's in vinegar. Only used some here and there just to get it used. Not a recommendation for the 'allowed' list, but I didn't stop losing, or suffer anything untoward...

I use the dried scraper stuff-works very well:D

Ya know ive never actually seen dried garlic :giggle: Im always buying dried spices so its strange ive never seen it lol

You can usually find 'garlic granules' on the same rack as the dried herbs, and some supermarkets do them in grinders, too.

i have home grown stuff that i use........ jesus there one hell of a kick to it
