Admin; how can I alter a post title?

On the minimins app I don't seem to be able to put an ampersand - it comes out like this: &. And I can't change it in the title of my new diary post. Can you either change it for me please, or delete my post and I'll start again (you can delete this too, it's kinda out of place!)
