Advice from a friend

    My friend once told me...(he's very much into his fitness) if you eat food that has either died or fallen from a tree or grown in the ground...then you can't go wrong!!! Obviously within reason so low on the carbs! I am going to try this theory out! I am obviously still going to have my chest days...what can I have for breakfast that isn't fruit?! Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Egg, bacon, sausage? Isn't meat high in protein and low in carbs?
