advice on if you go over points please

you should never go under 26 as your pp are your basal metabolic rate, so going under will just slow your metabolism and you could lose less then you would if you ate all your points. its not healthy, so just exercise and it should work :)
 
I think you'll be ok. I went over by more than that last week and still lost. Don't go under your dailies - just stick to your dailies until WI. You can work out a bit or go for a couple long walks to make up some of the PP in AP. You'll be fine :) x
