the book says u can eat it in any order you like..... just aslong as you dont go over your calories

cool, i was really hungry last night as that is normally when i snack, all i could eat was a banana which did not fill me up!! have only had ginger biscuits for a snack today so can eat more fruit tonight!

are you keeping track of the calories you eat, eg.. fruit & veg... Ma boyfriend likes bananas i weighed them and worked out the calories... 120g is 114calories. just keep an eye out!
