advice please

I'm new here. I've had great success with TFR, lost 3 st. 9lbs in seven weeks, had a break for five weeks and have been back on it for two weeks and have lost another 15 pounds.

I have three special events coming up one this weekend, one on the 12th and one on the 22nd of November, I don't want to do re-feed for each of these events, what will happen if I just have a meal on each of these occasions and then go straight back onto TFR? :confused:
