Hi gang

Im joing group tomorrow night and its been so long since I did SW Iknow they have changed the Health Extra'.

Having an EE Day have tuna pasta salad and Kheema curry for main meals.

I usually have oat so simple or normal porridge for breakfast.

What are the HE weights for skimmed milk and oat so simple/ porridge?

A few of the values have gone up now, I got my new book on Monday and things like cheese and cereals have gone up slightly on the healthy extras.
 
Yes chedder (full fat) is now 30g not 28g.

I can't see 'oats so simple' but normal porridge oats, not flavoured is 35g for one HEB
