Advice please

I have religously SS'd for 3 weeks (except for 1 planned protein meal) with points and pints if water every day. I appear to be in ketosis constanatly but have only lost a few pounds... I know by having 1 meal I have not 100% stuck but if I think back to before it seems pretty tame.... Any ideas why I haven't ahd the AMAZING losses others have :sigh:

Thanks- just difficult to keep motivated as I hop on the scales every day (know I shouldn't but cannot help myself)
hee hee.....i'm always doing it.......try not to but it just happens!!!!!! strange really i used to detest scales and did everything i could to avoid them! i'm always on the blimmin things these days lol x
