Hi guys!

Havent got a century badge yet myself but working towards it!

Wondered if I could ask you guys a few questions! Your all so inspirational!

I have 7st 9lbs to loose in total! Or 107lbs so far 2st 12lbs down or 40lbs! So a fair way to go!

But I'm now worrying about loose skin! After watching a tv show where a girl round about my age (21) lost around 8st ( started at 16) in a year and exercised throughout but had really excessive saggy skin and ended up with surgery!

Now don't get me wrong I know that's quick!

I loose 1-2lb a week exercise 3-4x a week usually and am only 21! I'm hoping this will reduce the saggy skin syndrome?

How have you guys found your skin following such huge (and amazing!) losses?

I'm no expert on this but I think it's just one of them things that come with mass weight loss, you can try sit ups etc to help but I think it's one of them things that it out of our hands.
I was worried to death about it to start with but now have resigned myself to the fact I will defo have it, but told myself what would I rather have loose skin or be overweight and die in a few years.
 
Yes, I had what can only bed described as a skin apron, luckily my skin must be fairly elastic because it sort of shrank away :)
 
I do worry about this but I really think I will learn to live with it.
