I have had a couple of bad days:(!,

Friday involved drinking lots and lots of alchol and Saturday involved major hangover food including a greggs and mcdonalds.

I really don't want to gain this week after loosing -31lbs

how can i get back on track?:break_diet:

I would get back on it as soon as possible & minimise damage by just using the dailys & not have any weeklies x good luck with getting back on it x

galaxy-girl; i think thats a good idea, weigh in on wednesday, lots of exercise and religiously counting propoints till then, thanks for your advice xxx
