Unless you put in like a pound of paprika you'll be fine. Obviously don't make a habit of it ;) but one day where you added a bit of paprika to a foodpack isn't going to have any major impact.

Ah don't worry, it's easy to forget little things and panic! I've only been doing this a couple of weeks but everything is already a total habit to me.

Yeh ive been on it a week today and ive got a tired (slow brain) but im full of beans haha if that makes sense and im doing totally stupid things at the moment ! Thank you and good luck on your journey :) x

I don't think you are supposed to use chilli flakes, but Tabasco sauce is allowable. i used the Jalapeno one for an extra kick.
It's not the end of the world. You'll be fine. xx
