Oh my NikNak, my downfall is nibbling at any time......so I am being extra good at the moment, but it is so easily done, it's in the mouth and eaten before we think about it.

I have some carrot and celery sticks in the fridge and I have been crunching on those, I shall have 'rabbit's' teeth at this rate, LOL..

I love strawberry season, syn free nibbles. Also alot of the supermarkets have had big fresh pineapples for £1. I am going to try the mint and chilli version from the latest magazine. Otherwise, if I'm really hungry, (or peckish) I always have either fresh or pickled beetroot handy.

If Im making something with carrots, then I munch on them, but if Im not I tend to munch on cucumber.... yum.
I would munch on stuff like strawberries but not while Im cooking dinner, its like having dessert first.... lol

I always munch on carrots when I'm chopping them, but rarely eat raw carrots otherwise!

Red pepper, love it & usually just eat that when i'm making tea or whatever :)
