Definitely none for the first week and then slowly introduce it. On nights were you try to drink to your previous tolerance levels you'll really know it the next morning! I have been refeeding since early July (1 week refeeding) and just been away for 3 weeks, I had a whole bottle of wine one night (not too excessive by old standards!) and boy did I know it the next day!! I was really ill, unheard of previously. Probably a good thing as it meant I stuck to the odd glass after that ha ha! Eaten sensibly, as I was anxious not to pile on the weight but didn't deny myself anything at all and only put on 1 lb - so it is certainly possible to maintain after lipotrim..... Good luck x
