Hey slimmers...its my friends birthday BBQ on the weekend and need low syn alcohol ideas?? I don't want to drink vodka because it gets me mortal lol need something low syn that I could drink all night and still be standing at the end of the night x

Assume you'll be taking your own booze?? Malibu and diet lilt is nice. Malibu has 4 syns same as vodka.
Sainsbury's low alcohol Czech lager half a syn a bottle. Well worth it.

I haven't tried it myself but tesco do a beer flavored drink called Equator and it's free. Mix it with diet lemonade to make a shandy? X

Can highly recommend Equator, I like it a lot :-D

I was going to suggest Czech beer as well, I just can't lay my hands on that Equator stuff, I'd love to give it a try though.

No I've tried, it's because my local Tesco's don't stock it, I'll just have to keep my eye out & check out the local Tesco when I'm somewhere new!

Yes it is, couldn't remember if it was half or one. Been a while since I've had any. It's a large bottle so it's definitely worth it.

Alcohol free is 1 syn they do an alcohol one but not too sure of the syns for that one.
