Alcohol Pro-points

I have recently started WW and was wondering what the best low pro point drinks are? It needs to be something that I can get from a bar.
Also does anyone know if there is a list of current pro point values for ready made drinks such as cider, alcopops, etc? Thanks in advance!

Spirits are the best choice gin and vodka are lowest in points around 2pp each shot and i usually mix with diet coke/lemonade.. Tonic
