Not sure if this thread has been made before but im going to a party tomorrow and im in a room full of people drinking and partying the night away. Is there any way I can have a few drinks? Even if i use my 100g carbs i am allowed on CS id jump at the chance!!

also i was thinking Weight Watchers wine?

Ive been through a few sites and ive found 2-3 glasses of wine is best for the week, so im gonna do that then work my lil ass off tomorrow an next day exercising. Does this sound ok? They all contain calories and im allowed 1200 i think i read, but i dunno how much my shakes contain etc, So CONFUDDLED!! lol

I've been on CS 3 weeks now and I have a couple of glasses of wine, twice a week. It doesn't seem to affect my losses. If you never "stretch" the programme a bit you are more likely to have a spectacular blowout :sigh:
