Anyone else find this is their downfall?
As soon as I go on a night out, all my good intentions go out the window! I never keep track of how many drinks I have so
the amount of calories I'm putting away is probably shocking.
 
Yes, if you can't stick to just one or two drinks, your best bet would be to not drink at all - as you say, the calories will be high! Good luck! xx
 
I don't think I could cope having a sober night out if everyone else was drunk, I'd end up killing them ha
 
Yep!! I do SW, and its really made me look at my alcohol intake! Which is good....but my god sometimes i just wanna get drrrrrrrrrunk!! Lol. Ive switched from pints of cider to white wine spritzers and vodka though, still full of calories and sugar, but not quite as bad as 7 pints of golden, cold, lovely, calorie laden cider ha.
 
I don't get the drunken munches but the next day is another story!
Nothing fills me up when I'm hungover, and I only want to eat rubbish!
 
I always have the dilemma of vodka, lime and soda - good but expensive, or half a cider and black bad but very cheap! :sigh:
 
That's the thing with drinking spirits, it ends up a very expensive night out. They don't last long either!
