Oh ho... Gave in to a doughnut proffered by my boy Couldn't resist as he doesn't often share his food lol! But only 260 calories thankfully and was really yummy :-D xx

Alpen Light bar and Apple - 108cals (eaten as late as possible)

Dinner - WW fish pie and salad - 226cals

Snacks - satsumas & plums, sf jelly - 153

2 litres of sparkling water

Total = 487 calories

Bam!!! Great day ahead :-D
