Ok so here's the rest of today's food
Lunch - cheese and coleslaw sandwich and crisps
Dinner - Tesco finest paella, posh full fat yoghurt and a glass of wine (Didn't fancy chippy tea - I know! Amazing!!)
Snacks - couple of biscuits
Total = 2134 calories (so a tad more than I would normally have on a weekday UD but hey I deserve it lol!)

Me and my sister were on To Buy or Not To Buy about 4 years ago and apparently it was repeated on BBC2 today! It's very embarrassing and my lovely friends have just broadcast it all over FB! Lol!!
But I did get to spend two nights in a luxury hotel with Damon Grant from Brookside :-D

DD no 1 (though it will only be 1.5DD! As I'm out Friday night )
Special K and SS Milk for breakfast
Then nothing all day as I'm in meetings with Ofsted all day so no time to eat between meetings.
Then Steak and roasted vegetables for dinner
Total = 455 calories (59g of carbs)
So to quote my lovely pals - BOOM!!!!! X

Just took a peak at bbc iplayer, I must say that your avatar doesn't do you justice, you look so good on the tv...... and I guess you are even more beautiful since you have lost weight too......
My children's school went into special measures a couple of years ago. Obviously did something right as they have just come out.

School has ended up as Requires Improvement (new name for satisfactory!) and I'm blinkin annoyed at the Headteacher about it because if she'd listened to me and made the changes I suggested at start of term they would have been good!!
But I have 14 schools to support and I can't be the headteacher of all of them... As much as I try lol!!
At least it's nearly the weekend :-D

She did buy a house in Wales in the end but not one of those and yes she loves it there My price guessing abilities are based on fact that I used to be an estate agent so insider knowledge lol!! Xx
